About Sonny Granger
After graduating from Florida State with a degree in Real Estate, I went to work for a condominium and hotel developer. It was there that my passion for real estate was forged. I started my Company almost sixteen years ago (hard to believe), and have been working to achieve my goals ever since. The development of which I am most proud is The Tennyson. This is Tallahassee\'s very first Downtown Highrise Condominium. I actually won Tallahassee\'s prestigious \"Visionary Award\" for this project, although the pinnacle of the project was dedicating it to my Mother, for which the building is named. We were very fortunate with our timing in this project, and have utilized the experiences gained there to expand into full service commercial brokerage.Specialties: We are different in commercial real estate sales and leasing in that we bring a developer\'s and owner\'s eye to the table in representing our clients. Because of our depth of knowledge in all aspects of development, from the ground up, we are able to handle complex, sophisticated transactions where others may falter, or not be knowledgeble of the property and process.
