Project Mgr for the F/A-18 A-D Landing Gear Overhaul Program. I spearheaded a cross-functional team across NAVSUP, PMA-265, Boeing, FST Engineering & Logistics, and an international supplier for the F/A-18 A-D Landing Gear Overhaul initiative to incorporate upgraded landing gear with both overhauled and new components, which was planned to be assembled in Finland, and delivered to each installation site domestically.• Served as Acting Project Manager as Chair for the F/A-18 Reliability Control Board (RCB) under PMA-265 at Pax River, leading monthly enterprise-wide sustainment reviews with the F/A-18 Program Manager. Orchestrated the review of top fleet degraders tracked by Degrader Action Cells (DACs), developed and briefed high-level presentations, facilitated executive decision-making on mitigation actions, and coordinated follow-up sessions with key stakeholders to drive accountability and readiness improvements.• Coordinated efforts with Testing, Cognizant FST & PMA Engineers for the Service Life Assessment/Extension Program (SLAP/SLEP) Engineer role.• Landing Gear Sub-Systems Support – Authored Local Engineering Specifications (LES) and Test Plans; served as TPDR Facilitator (“Sheriff”), responding to engineering inquiries to assess the technical viability of proposed landing gear changes. Approved modifications were integrated into warfighter maintenance publications to enhance fleet readiness, improve reliability, and reduce sustainment costs.
