By (early) morning, I’m a barista, expertly crafting lattes and fueling the caffeine-dependent masses with equal parts precision and patience. I’m out here building my freelance marketing empire, one poorly-lit Zoom call and coffee-fueled strategy at a time. A proud, first-generation graduate of the University of Georgia, I hold a degree in Public Relations and certificates in Interdisciplinary Writing and Health & Risk Communication. A creative at heart, I thrive at the intersection of strategy and storytelling. I am a dynamic marketer; skilled in everything from crafting compelling copy and dynamic graphics to driving data-informed donor engagement and administrating CRMs. I am a firm believer that a successful marketing strategy never loses sight of its audience as real people, whose behaviors and needs should always inform decisions over pure data-driven tactics - ensuring that the numbers serve to enhance real, meaningful connections. Before diving into the nonprofit development and marketing world, I built a foundation in business development, strategy, and public relations—helping brands connect with their audiences, engage authentically, and grow their impact.    ArtsNOW is a national nonprofit based in Atlanta, Georgia, dedicated to reshaping education by integrating the arts into the core curriculum. As the Development Coordinator, I execute fundraising initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.Key responsibilities include- Researching, writing, and managing grant applications, keeping a strong pipeline of funding opportunities and helping secure tens of thousands of dollars in funding- Coordinating, managing, and leading a variety of stewardship efforts, such as handwritten thank-you notes, donor outreach calls, and annual giving campaigns, helping contribute to a substantial increase in individual donor giving in 2025- Managing and administering our CRM platform, Hubspot, after spearheading an organizational transition away from Salesforce- Contributing to marketing efforts, including photography, writing blog posts and creating marketing collateral for development projects- Conducting research and outreach to engage with corporate funding opportunities and legislative advocacy.As ArtsNOW’s first Development Coordinator, I have played a pivotal role in shaping and executing development strategies to support the organization\'s mission and growth.
