We strive to elevate wellness as a key benefit of working at Microsoft, and an integral part of our culture. We work to ensure Microsoft employees have a safe and healthy working environment by recognizing risks and unsafe practices, identifying and leading improvement initiatives, and monitoring performance and compliance. Outside of the US, we provide subject matter expertise, consultative support, compliance and governance guidance to compensation and benefits staff around the world. In addition, we provide global platform and vendor management supporting several global wellness and safety programs.
