Manage creation, updates and finalization of Bill of Materials within Techpacks for both domestic and overseas knitwear and wovens factories across 3 brands• Organize and host fittings, managing and focusing design team on developmental and bulk needs• Kick off seasonal development, organizing and presenting factory and mill sourcing• Strategically source Fabrics for Woven teams with Factories, partnering with Merchandising and Production tomaintain target margin across all brands• Develop, manage, and organize Sourcing/ Counter sourcing trims for Knitwear and Wovens team• Organize and uphold seasonal calendar for Product Development team in accordance with company T&A• Create and Manage Knitwear and Woven Linesheet in entirety across all brands• Request and Update Development and Bulk WIP charts from Factories, communicating information to Design,Merchandising, Technical, Production and Upper management teams• Lead and organize weekly Design Team meeting, reviewing entire line for 2+ seasons and communicatingchanges, updates, and outstanding issues to entire team• Lead T&A meeting, advising Upper Management on Bulk and Developmental delays, both internally andexternally• Implemented and upheld new style naming convention, communicating change to internal team, factories, logisticteam, and buyers• Work with Merch and Production team to discuss costing and margins across 3 brands, running exercises withfactory and design team to help increase/meet target margins• Organize and lead seasonal color allocation for SMS. Advise design team on seasonal budget and SKU allotmentfor SMS, and communicate all updates and changes to factories• Manage SMS development and delivery, communicating expectations and deadlines to oversea and domesticfactories• Work directly with Technical Designer when salesman samples arrive, discussing construction on knitwear andwovens, using personal expertise to add finishing touch to internal construction and finished
