As lead counsel to the engineering group driving generative AI offerings (including Copilots and Agents) across Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365, I advise on cutting-edge product launches, develop AI best practices, and lead complex strategic deals. I’ve led cross-organizational initiatives to establish scalable best practices for AI-related matters, such as guidance on voice/text communications and AI, and the use of third-party data for evaluation, fine-tuning and model training. I also advise on a range of other issues, including data governance, privacy, biometrics, telecommunications, and intellectual property.I serve as Microsoft’s External Lead for the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) and previously chaired the Legal Department’s Women’s Employee Network.
