As a consultant, I help teams and organizations build thriving programs and impactful culture through experience design and facilitation. With over 10 years of experience, I have worked with diverse institutions and groups across various sectors, including non-profit, education, and real estate. I specialize in stewarding deep culture, driving organizational growth, and strategic brand/storytelling. I recently worked with OpenDoor, a pioneering company in the concept of urban affordable housing: coliving. I led organizational development, brand and project management, community development, learning and development, and DEI for this growing start up company that operated $70M+ in assets across 19 properties in 3 states. I also act as a creative director and multi-faceted artist. I am passionate about storytelling, empowering individuals, fostering collaboration, and championing diversity, equity, and belonging. I believe that every person, organization, and institution has a role in the healing of our world.

   Climate Wisdom Fellowship

   Empowering climate leaders to navigate in uncertainty\". The Climate Wisdom Fellowship is a five-month long leadership and interpersonal dynamics training for a select group of leaders across climate, regenerative, and social impact organizations. Climate Wisdom is a 501(c)(3) organization. Guest speakers for 2024 include Bayo Akomolafe (Author / Philosopher), Aithan Shapira (MIT Lecturer / Artist), Nora Bateson (Lecturer / Author), and more. Founded by Spencer Honeyman, who is a graduate of Pomona College\'s interdisciplinary Environmental Analysis program, a Certified Integral Facilitator.
