Cult’s largest member-led initiative.(Using lovable)• Scaled Cult Ninja nationwide: data-backed habit challenge (3 days × 4 weeks) with digital and physical rollouts, in-center rituals, gamified journey. From pilot in 5 centers to full India. Became Cult’s biggest UGC wave, driving retention & progression.• Launched Streaks & Multiplayer Gamification: introduced Curo, streaks, emotion-led states. Designed Streak Repair, iOS widgets.
