My goal as an instructional leader is to implement operational strategies to achieve programmatic and academic excellence.My background encompasses many facets of operations leadership and program administration including marketing, resource allocation, and the hiring, training, and mentoring of teams, creating a positive culture of teamwork and collaboration. I’ve consistently expanded the organization through strategic planning, identification of resource needs, and driving continuous improvements to processes and learning programs to ensure a positive student experience and enrollment growth.As a skilled communicator I cultivate solid relationships with staff, parents, students, and community organizations, building key community partnerships to offer vocational opportunities. My reputation as a visionary leader, compassionate advisor, persuasive communicator, and cross-team collaborator to improve systems and programs is demonstrated throughout my career.
