As a seasoned HRBP, I have navigated the full spectrum of the function - from partnering with Regional Sales leadership in North India to managing Industrial Relations and employee lifecycles on the factory floor. My work in these roles focused on fostering high-performance cultures, managing complex employee dynamics, and driving business results through people-centric partnering.On the transformation front, I navigated large-scale change, most notably establishing the HR function from the ground up for the Magnum Ice Cream Company across 40+ countries. I also drove the intersection of people and technology, developing \'Una,\' an AI-based digital assistant, to modernize the employee experience globally.I am passionate about the intersection of people, technology, and business strategy - building teams and cultures that outlast individuals and deliver measurable impact.
