ABOUT SONIKA NAIR
I grew up believing nothing is impossible and to never back down from a challenge. Despite of holding a degree in civil engineering, I started my career in IT. Call it curiosity, having a weird affinity towards seeking knowledge or embracing the unknown, I’ve always been drawn to solving problems and pushing boundaries. Now, with over six years of experience in business strategy and product development across multiple continents—Asia, North America, and Europe—I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse industries and navigating dynamic business landscapes.Throughout my career, I’ve embraced various roles within PMO, spanning product, project and program management. These experiences have allowed me to demonstrate adaptability and leadership while honing my expertise in guiding software application development, shaping strategic roadmaps and optimising business processes for organizations of all sizes. Outside of work, I’m a passionate advocate for women in STEM and leadership roles. I channel my creativity through writing, photography and public speaking. Occasionally I do enjoy immersing myself in different cultures through food and travel. I truly believe that growth comes from curiosity, new experiences and never stopping to ask, What’s next?
