Functioning in OSP Engineering (Fiber Network Planning, Design, Implementation).Working on the Project of FTTH Network Planning and Design.Preparing HLD and LLD to ensure optimal network coverage and performance.Routing the OFC layout on UG, Buried and Aerial Methodology.Predominantly Fiber Planning & Designing, Drafting Work Prints, Fiber Splicing, Allocating Counts from the Central Office to FDH to customer location.Uplifting the entire existing copper network to Fiber as well as proposing New Network as per customer requirement.Proposing access points appropriately and effectively to ensure optimal network coverage and performance.Modify FTTH network in ArcGIS and AutoCAD as per Construction Execution.Releasing FTTH Network Design and change request plan as required to continue execution.Ensuring the quality FTTH Network Design and plans and validating their fitness to business need.Collaborate with BAU team to build and develop Quality plans to enable business objectives.Predominantly working on Region of US, especially on West Virginia, Illinois, Texas, Wisconsin, Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan with FTTH project.Responsible and accountable for documenting the Design Guidelines, Delivering the Quality Network Design Project on hourly basis and ensuring the KPI’s meeting.Identify the gap areas of individual team members and helping them with their training needs.
