Food Safety, Quality & Regulatory Professional with over 9 years of experience in the Food Manufacturing & Restaurant industry. I currently work as a Senior Analyst in QA & Technical Services at the Domino\'s Pizza World Headquarters, where I\'m responsible for Dough testing and troubleshooting, Evaluating Bakery Product profiles and Supplier Relationship Management in Domino\'s Supply Chain across North America. I also coordinate, test and analyze flour for all International Markets of Domino\'s. I have extensive knowledge and experience working in several areas of the Food Industry. I’ve worked in Regulatory Compliance at well-known North American organizations overseeing Labeling, Nutrition Information, Marketing and POS materials and analyzing claims (Nutrient Content, Non-GMO, Organic, Kosher, Whole Grain, Clean Label, etc.) I also have experience working in Food Safety and Quality auditing. I’ve worked in Quality Compliance managing customer complaints, conducting Food Safety & Quality Audits, Training employees, and Vendor Approval System updates. I have also previously worked as a HACCP Auditor conducting risk assessments on raw materials and finished products as a part of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and the Safe Food for Canadians Act (SFCA) requirements. My expertise lies in Food Regulatory research and creating a systematic preventive approach to food safety from a Regulatory perspective. I love generating new ideas cross functionally and devising feasible solutions to broadly relevant issues in the food industry. My leaders and colleagues would describe me as a driven, organized and knowledgeable individual who maintains a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. I have an M.Sc. in Food Science with a specialization in Food Safety & Quality Assurance from University of Guelph, and a B.Sc. in Biology from York University. I also have a Certificate in US Food Law from Michigan State University. My specific areas of interest include Food Regulatory Compliance, Human Nutrition, Food Supply Chain Management and Food Safety/Quality Auditing.
