Together, we leverage the latest digital marketing strategies, including programmatic advertising, lead generation, email marketing, social media, and a focus on advocate marketing to convert Cisco certification customers to #CiscoCert fanatics. Current responsibilities: • Development of lead generation programs, from the idea stage through execution and implementation. • Planning and execution of all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. • Managing social media strategy focused on community engagement and nurturing of over 2M social media followers across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. • Managing advocate marketing and content strategy including building a library of user generated content and management of advocacy platform. • Analyzing performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess results against goals (ROI and KPIs). • Launching creative digital advertising campaigns that include retargeting, programmatic advertising and SEM tactics. • Managing annual budget of over $2M and work with multiple vendors/agencies to ensure timely deployment of campaigns. • Development of email nurture streams mapped to the customer journey. • Launching promotions such as product discounting, giveaways and promotional bundles. • Marketing eCommerce store front.
