BlackFULLness is a reducing stress in the Black community by reducing stress in Black women first. Through a combination of a culturally-relevant mindfulness app, a guided gratitude journal, and online/live experiences, we aim to provide practical and effective resources for mental health and wellness. Developed in collaboration with Spelman College\'s Psychology Department and supported by a grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), our program is designed to empower individuals with tools to manage stress and cultivate a positive mindset.
