Data Analyst and Business Intelligence professional with experience in consulting, expense optimization, and team management. Transitioned from project management and sales to the data analytics field, combining hands-on experience with specialized training in Business Intelligence. Passionate about transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. My early career was spent working in project management. Since 2019, I have embraced the challenge of working in the food retail market, being responsible to develop people and to maximise financial and HR indicators within a sales area, leading a team of around 200 employees. In 2023, I accepted a new challenge, as a Consultant focused on Expense Optimization Strategies. I am involved in the entire value delivery process, from data analysis to project management and client engagement of several projects in different industries (Agri Food, Hospitality & Leisure, Manufacturing, Professional Services, Retail, Healthcare) and different cost categories (Cleaning Supplies & Services, Utilities & Energy, Waste, Packaging, Transport & Logistics, Chemicals).
