Designed, set up and led the Engagement, Communications and Training Team for the Regulations Management Program, delivering communications and training to stakeholder / user base, as part of Citi’s transformation program.• Designed and rolled out monthly bulletin to stakeholders, reaching a read-rate of 78%.
