I combine strategic oversight with hands-on dedication, driving sales growth while ensuring every design aligns with our standard of natural beauty and elegance. I am also committed to continually developing my own expertise to become master florist in this vibrant, inspiring field.As a strategic HR Consultant, my mission is to partner with all levels of employees within an organization to become a trusted advisor and administer HR functions that span a range of recruiting, full cycle employee management, performance, compensation, compliance, leave regulations, benefits, employee recognition, engagement and payroll functions, which all plays a pivotal role in cultivating a dynamic workforce and optimize business performance. I have successfully implemented HR strategies that align with each organization\'s goals, fostering a culture of high engagement and compliance.I\'ve been an active member of the field of HR since I started working in the human resources department at my college\'s library.
