As a Program Coordinator, I provide strategic and operational support across Admissions, Engagement, and Operations events, serving as a key partner to the Events Program Manager. My responsibilities include coordinating event logistics such as material preparation, catering, swag procurement, parking pass distribution, and equipment packing. I ensure seamless execution by managing setup, overseeing designated event areas, tracking attendance, and facilitating breakdown.I have successfully collaborated with McCarty Hall’s Resident Director and Advisers to design and implement community-building initiatives for the Business Living Learning Community (BLLC), engaging 80–100 students through events like “Cocoa and Connections” and Foster Staff mixers. I also lead quarterly programming to foster connection among Foster’s transfer student community.In a supervisory capacity, I manage two student assistants—one focused on social media content creation and another on graphic design—providing guidance on project workflows, communication standards, and quality assurance. I also oversee room reservations for Foster-affiliated student organizations, faculty, and staff, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.My administrative expertise includes reviewing applications for Young Executives of Color, Business Bridge, Lavin, and Scholarship programs via Salesforce. I manage purchasing and reconciliation for the Foster Undergraduate Programs’ Costco, Amazon Business, and Procard accounts, and developed a Procard usage infographic to support staff training.Additionally, I collaborate with faculty and staff to support the Foster Leadership Academy, contributing to curriculum development, grading, and event planning. I play a key role in orientation programming—including A&O Pt. 3 and Fall/Spring Standard Admit Orientation—and support the Freshmen Direct Case Competition by coordinating virtual logistics, presentation timing, and scoring processes.
