As Senior Associate – Client Operations Manager for MTO Payments Governance at J.P. Morgan, I oversee governance and oversight of third-party payment processors and agents, managing detail-oriented due diligence reviews, screening, resiliency, and AML compliance for both new and existing clients. I review transactions and facilitate a number of client-facing reviews for external business clients in close partnership with the Bank\'s Relationship Managers. Morgan regulations across marketplaces, payment facilitators, full liability submitters, digital wallets, and bill-pay service providers. My role includes end-to-end review of transaction and risk-monitoring data, presenting key findings to senior leadership, evaluating policies and procedures, and conducting onsite/virtual assessments to thoroughly identify and mitigate disputes, chargebacks, unreferenced refunds, and authorization declines.
