ABOUT SONIA OTTE

I have worked at Sargento for 32 years in both production and administrative roles, and I am currently the Associate Director - Employee Experience for the Operations team at Sargento Foods Inc. Sargento has built a very strong reputation in the community as a company that values their employees and gives back to the community, I am proud to be part of the Sargento Family. It is easy for me to come to work and do my best each day because I love my job, the people I work with, and working for Sargento. I am a self-motivated team player that is able to tackle challenges independently and willing to contribute in whatever way necessary to achieve company goals. I carry myself in a professional manner and am respectful of everyone I work with, at all levels of the organization. I am conscious of working in an ethical, honest, and trustworthy manner. I have experience in facilitating the resolution of employee issues, record keeping for company policies and regulatory policies related to HR, supporting case management and administration of workers compensation, and recruitment for manufacturing.
