Responsible for evolving and defining the product vision of our Search capabilities and personalised Recommendations powered by AI which are the core pillar of Tryhackme as online learning platform- Ran market and competitor analysis, product discovery including user testing, AB test etc to successfully introduce features to improve conversion and engagement across our platform- Responsible for managing and leading an extended tech squad as PM of a site wide tech migration to React- Joined the company as the first Product Manager. Helped create the product roadmap, enabling prioritisation and goal setting across the company- Responsible for defining the internal product processes, emphasising for example in building continuous discovery habits, data led OKRs, and making sure customers are at the forefront of what we do- Helped establish agile methodologies with the tech squad, which we have been evolving over time, to successfully help the company grow to it\'s current structure consisting in 7 tech agile squads.
