I am a passionate and empathetic mental health enthusiast, currently pursuing a Master’s in Psychology while simultaneously deepening my understanding of holistic well-being through an MSc in Yogic Sciences.With a strong foundation in both modern psychology and traditional wellness practices, I strive to bridge the gap between mind and body healing. My year-long internship at Vartmaan Care Network as a mental health consultant gave me real-world exposure to working with individuals in emotional distress.
