Perform regular maintenance of the volunteer database- Support ongoing recruitment campaigns through tabling events, social media, and outreach- Utilize and manage the MRC LinkedIn to design and implement social media strategies to increase community engagement- Assist with developing, advertising, and conducting trainings to volunteers on a variety of subjects- Create an annual training schedule and appropriately publicize it to internal and external stakeholders- Update and organize training materials and supplies as necessary- Ensure the availability and issuance of continuing education hours- Provide support for all MRC events and track all MRC training and exercise participation- Assist with the development of quarterly reports- Coordinate deployment of MRC volunteers- Develop and implement evaluation tools and sustainment efforts intended to improve and expand the MRC- Provide logistics and administrative support to other Program members- Participate and assist in the execution of other exercises, trainings, real events, and other Program initiatives as appropriate- Prepare written reports, SOPs, and documents as directed to support various Program projects.
