I have joined Virbac in 2021 to manage the Downstream & Group Brands Legal Division, heading the IP assets of the group worldwide (except patents) and providing legal support (guidance, contract, process, training) to various entities and departments of the Group mainly regarding- distribution & competition matters notably for the affiliates in Europe- veterinary pharmaceutical specific regulations- CSR related matters like environmental regulations & anti-gift laws- all IP related matters and M&A due diligences.Previously, I had a great experience of approx. 5 years handling ETSI legal matters focusing on standard essential patents (SEPs), competition law and setting-up the GDPR compliance program. I enjoyed working in a worldwide telco and cosmopolitan environment.Before that, I worked 11 years at Inlex IP Expertise law firm as an IP Attorney with an expertise in trademark law, patent designs, copyrights, domain names and all related contracts. I also enjoyed co-creating and handling a department dedicated to software creations and IT contracts.I like being qualified a pragmatic buisness legal partner and a motivational manager.
