About Sonia Gore
Started out as a Management Trainee with IHG, one of the world\'s most leading brands. Have gone through cross training at managerial level in all departments. Have been an important part in pre opening and opening of a new rooftop Bar. Worked with Marriott as a Chef De partie along with opening a new restaurant lounge.Worked as an Operations Manager at a home grown company who is managing a Franchise. Major job responsibilities are hiring, accounts management, Guest Relations, Restaurant Manager, Sales for the same. Managing two outlets. Currently I am working as a Cafe Manager, the second in command at Sodexo@Google where Im managing foodspots which include two cafes of both 250+ seating each and 9 Micro Kitchens! We serve 4 meal periods for almost to 1500 users every single day along with a luxury setup. Part of the mobilization team for opening new sites and restaurants.
