As the Head of Human Resources and Sustainability Consultant at Evertreen, I have over two years of experience in managing and developing the human capital and environmental impact of the organization. Evertreen is the only platform worldwide enabling users to plant real trees online and track them via satellite. My core competencies include collaborating with senior leadership to align the HR and sustainability strategies with the organization\'s goals and vision, planning and implementing policies, processes, training, and initiatives to support the HR compliance and sustainability performance, and researching and meeting with clients and potential clients to provide them with tailored solutions for their ESG and CSR needs.
