Responsible for the production and execution of the annual EMEA Compliance training plan covering key Compliance themes, anticipated regulatory developments and business specific training with monitoring and reporting against that planProject management of training courses to track the annual EMEA Compliance planDeveloping Compliance training courses; working with vendors and SME’s on content development/ enhancement and course structure Re-designing and delivering face-to-face training on Conduct Risk and an Introduction to Compliance for new joiners, and adapting these courses for hybrid working to ensure effective delivery via WebExResponsible for testing and shaping a new Learning Management System; working with the project team to enhance the system to fit the needs of Compliance.
