I’m passionate about building workplaces where people feel connected, valued, and inspired to do their best work.Over the past two decades, I’ve had the opportunity to design and lead employee engagement, culture, and DE & I initiatives across large organizations. Currently, as Director,Colleague Engagement at Barclays India, I work closely with leadership to create meaningful colleague experiences through initiatives such as leadership connects, hackathons, tech forums, well-being programs, and career engagement platforms.A large part of my work focuses on strengthening inclusive cultures and enabling career growth — particularly through global programs supporting women in the workplace. I’m deeply motivated by bringing people, purpose, and community together, both inside organizations and through external collaborations.I’m always interested in conversations around:• Organizational culture & employee engagement• Future of work and inclusive leadership• DE & I and career progression initiatives• Building thriving workplace communities.
