Plan, organize, and manage educational events, including in-person and virtual courses, workshops, and professional meetings across Europe- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, such as venue selection, registration, accommodation, travel arrangements, audiovisual setup and on-site support- Collaborate with scientific committees, faculty, and international partners to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality oncology education programs- Manage the organization and reporting of events funded by European Union (EU) grants, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines and contractual obligations- Prepare and submit documentation for EU-funded activities, including detailed schedules, budgets, participant lists and final reports- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders involved in EU grant-related events, including project partners and institutional representatives- Maintain detailed timelines and project plans to ensure the timely execution of each event- Support internal teams with event promotion, participant communications and post-event evaluations- Contribute to continuous improvement of event processes, tools, and participant experience.
