Recruitment is my third career change. I started my career in Travel & Tourism and have 13 years of experience in sales. My second career happened due to family relocation to the Netherlands in 2001 and I got steered towards teaching. In both these diverse fields, relationship management has been a key factor. My years in travel industry helped me develop skills to understand corporate behavior and its requirements, and my years as an educator exposed me to the individualistic behavior of the customer.I believe that my previous exposures are my strengths in my current vocation where strong sales & communication skills, and my attention to detail are an asset.
