I utilize the skills I learned while working in-house in the healthcare industry to develop innovative and practical solutions for employers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle. From the initial job posting to post employment separation, and everything in between. Employers look to me to advise them on best employment practices that achieve two goals: compliance with federal and state employment laws and serving the needs of the business.
