Maintain optimal solar PV system performance through preventive and corrective maintenance coordination.• Lead retrofit project management, from scope development to contractor oversight and on-site execution.• Perform quality testing, commissioning, and COVER verification to ensure compliance and performance.• Monitor system output remotely, diagnose faults, and coordinate timely service response.• Prepare technical documentation and liaise with utilities for generation authorization.• Develop and update as-built drawings to reflect system modifications.• Ensure all work meets ESA and Ontario Electrical Safety Code standards.
