Oversee the smooth transportation of products by managing international, regional, and Mexican cross-border shipments, determining optimal shipping and warehousing methods, and ensuring accurate delivery and documentation-Operating End-to-end inbound logistics from the factory to Samsung hubs or direct customers, making routine decisions to ensure on-time delivery-Monitor, track, and resolve shipping, warehouse, and carrier errors, coordinating with other functional teams to high-cost or exceptional deviations-Validate and consolidate inbound daily tracking reports, ensuring seamless coordination between manufacturing, local distribution, and warehousing facilities-Perform IOD, billing, and POD validation, as well as maintain and track diversions and return authorizations (RA)-Assist in carrier and 3PL management, including performance monitoring and analysis-Provide data-driven insights and reports on forecasting, routing, KPIs, container management, and load optimization-Coordinate special transportation projects and ancillary logistics services-Track and analyze logistics service providers (LSPs), including drayage carriers, rail companies, and rail terminals, ensuring optimal service levels-eport monthly on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to drayage deliveries, identifying trends and areas for improvement-Drive improvements in key customer service metrics, including on-time delivery, lead times, and request-for-quote responsiveness-Ensure accurate cost management, including cost verification, billing issue resolution, and financial reconciliation-Prepare tenders and assist in carrier negotiations to drive cost-effective transportation solutions.
