I believe the future of Windows telemetry intelligence isn\'t just dashboards and reports. It\'s self-service analytics and conversational access that empower product teams to understand user behavior at billion-device scale.For three decades, I\'ve evolved from building database engines to architecting data platforms that scale to billions of devices. My mission is enabling data-driven decisions through governed, accessible telemetry that transforms how organizations understand user behavior.I lead a team that doesn\'t just manage data. We create data products. At Microsoft\'s Windows organization, we\'ve built platforms that stage petabyte-scale telemetry for reporting and analysis, serving both quality metrics and growth analytics through rich interactive and ad hoc analytics. We\'re advancing natural language access to this telemetry data while maintaining our foundation of metric governance, self-service analytics, and data quality at scale.My approach combines deep technical foundation with strategic business vision. I see this convergence happening: traditional data engineering excellence meeting AI agents that understand both semantic business concepts and physical data structures.
