TriCore, Inc. is a privately owned national systems integration and engineering firm specializing in the food, dairy, and beverage industries working with clients to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their manufacturing operations. Reporting to the President, I have overall management responsibilities for the Human Resources and Administrative functions of the company. Main HR duties include managing staff, creation and management of human resources programs and initiatives and ensuring they are effective and aligned with overall business objectives, talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning, employment law compliance and risk mitigation, administration of benefits and compensation, talent development, monitoring internal culture and employee engagement and satisfaction, employee relations, and maintenance of employee systems and data. Main Administrative duties entail supervision of staff, overseeing incoming phone calls and phone systems, shipping and receiving, mail distribution, supplies ordering, executive and senior leader calendar management, travel arrangements, event and visitor planning, and other general office related tasks.
