By collaborating with Public Private Partners, U.S. Services, and international partners, I was able to break down key supply metrics—like S-Rate, NMCS, and AOG—and take corrective actions that significantly improved performance, surpassing target goals for supply reliability.I worked closely with a diverse group of stakeholders, including U.S. Services, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partners, and Cooperative Partners, to encourage supply behaviors that maximized operational readiness and availability. This collective effort led to a noticeable improvement in fleet availability metrics, ensuring sustained operational efficiency.I also utilized predictive modeling and statistical analysis to forecast material spares and repair requirements, effectively ensuring the availability of critical systems within budget limits. Additionally, by aligning operational goals with funding compliance, I contributed to significant improvements in readiness and operational efficiency.One of my key accomplishments was leading the development of a multi-million-dollar spend plan, coordinating procurement, funding approvals, and material requirements to maintain global readiness.
