Defining P95/P99 SLOs, burn rate alerts, and dashboards to track service health, latency, and user experience. Currently working on a large scale effort for multiple teams around alert de-deduplication and noise reduction techniques to improve signal-to-noise ratio- Architected PATCH API support, added nullables in Go(https://github.com/oapi-codegen/nullable), implemented CORS, pagination, feature flags, and built a JSON redactor for sensitive data. AWS KMS integration to encrypt sensitive data at rest in Cosmos DB- Improving security & reliability with Kubernetes network policies, resource limits, PodDisruptionBudgets, and rate limiting (ingress-nginx) to protect against DDoS.– Built automated cleanup Argo Cron that periodically identify and delete unused projects/resources in staging/QA cloud thus reducing cloud spending. Developed an AZ-pinning custom k8s controller to pin workload to a single AZ to minimize cross-AZ traffic, saving additional infra costs- Worked on migrating Golang e2e tests to TypeScript-based Elastic Synthetics, making it easier to run only relevant journeys (per team or feature), execute them in parallel, and set up targeted alerts with rich historical insights.
