I also leverage my communication skills and customer service experience to handle employee queries, grievances, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.I graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Prahladrai Dalmia Lions College of Commerce and Economics in 2020, where I gained a solid foundation in business, commerce, and economics. I am passionate about learning and developing my human resources skills and competencies, and I aspire to pursue further education and certification in this field.
