1. Lead Outreach Coordinator

   Revitalized and reviewed the company website, updating over 40 webpages and creating dozens of new ones- Created more than 5 student profiles which garnered 5K social media impressions after reaching out to over 50 students, editing all of their written responses, and curating their photos for publication- Organized, and helped in the organization of, campus targeted outreach events that were wildly successful, managing to reach more than 600 students- Designed a new student profile generating strategy that boosted student response rate by more than 40% while simultaneously increasing the quality of the profiles- Created a two year plan for social media growth and helped create a social media strategy that boosted our engagement by 165%- Managed and reorganized the Microsoft apps that were being used by the team, creating new systems for archival work, better collaboration on current projects, and shift management- Created the institutional Sharepoint to help the company with future onboarding and resource management.
