About Sonal Singh
Technology and people are my passion. I believe that business and application is what makes technology relevant. Driven by curiosity, I often find myself asking deeper questions to get beyond the superficial. Thus, I have obtained masters degree in Information Systems Management at CMU which gives me the skills needed to transform my passion into \"Impact\". I am currently open to full-time opportunities in the software industry for SDE/SWE, Developer, Analyst, and associate roles.During my stint of three years at Oracle Financial Services Software, I worked directly with the clients on the business framework as part of Oracle Banking Platform (OBP) on both product and localization-based setups. My job involved full-stack development, bug-fixes and implementation of new features on new as well as pre-deployed live projects. The real-time impact involved with live projects made me responsible for my actions as a developer and I learned to perform under pressure. I trained to work in both waterfall and agile methodologies when the company decided to switch from its earlier project model to agile.Being an electronics degree holder, I also have significant experience and interest in robotics, computer memory management, and Operating systems, through undergraduate projects and internships. Apart from work, I love writing poetry.
