Organised ‘Women of Colour in Tech’ panel event across bank with Women in Tech ERG. Brought DE & I to the forefront through multiple events and winds of change conversations to enhance culture.

With over two decades in diverse sectors such as Telecoms and Oil & Gas, my journey honed my proficiency in project oversight and strong PMO, governance compliance and standards. Improving processes and ensuring successful delivery in large Technology, Transformation and change programmes.I am committed to fostering diversity and empowerment. My Amazon best selling book ‘She Chose Tech The Essential Guide to inspire and Empower Women in Tech’ was written to help create awareness and empower more females to join the tech industry. I take part in speaking engagements to inspire audiences through platforms to share, encourage and advocate for gender parity in technology.
