As a Campus Ambassador for Coventry University’s Marketing and Communications Department, I contributed to bridging prospective students, families, and the institution’s diverse community. Over my tenure, I collaborated on multiple integrated campaigns designed to showcase our world‑class facilities, support services, and vibrant campus life.Key Responsibilities & Achievements:Marketing Campaign Participation: I featured in 3+ promotional videos—highlighting Student Success Coaches and academic support programs which collectively reached views across social channels. I also actively participated in photo shoots, on‑campus signage about campus resources.Open Day Operations: I led shifts during six major Open Days, welcoming over 500 visitors. As a team of ambassadors, we conducted campus tours, answered detailed queries about courses and student life, guided parents and guardians to finance, accommodation, and international student services.This role refined my abilities in public speaking, event logistics, cross‑team communication, and data‑driven marketing. It also gave me the confidence to engage directly with parents, guardians and help them with their queries.
