1.Currently working as Assistant manager Khurja project 2x660MW Superthermal power plant Larsen & Toubro. Project:2x660 MW SUPER THERMEL POWER PLANT, THDC STTP Client: THDC & NTPC 1.Planning, scheduling & Monitoring of Boiler and BOP packages like AHP,FGD,ESP packages to meet project milestones.(Project coordination and regular follow-ups) 2.Conducting Interface,project review meetings & co-ordination with vendors & Package owners for close monitoring to achieve planned targets. 3.Attending Co-ordination,weekly & Project review meetings with client. 4.Preparing & presenting S-Curves & PPTs to the management. 5.Co-ordination with Engg & PMG to ensure availability of materials & drawings in time. 6.Releasing Quarterly Plans, capturing and tracking the various Constraints and mitigating the Risks involved, in terms of Time,Cost, Quality and Safety. Study the impact of alternative approaches to work. Releasing Monthly Plan and preparation of Progress Report for the Senior Management. Identify Delays and provide Corrective Actions to achieve the milestone. 8.Civil Client Billing(EPC Billing).
