My work centres around artisanal desserts, chocolates, and custom creations, with a strong emphasis on flavour balance, technique, and consistency.Alongside this, I’m closely involved with Pankaj Bhadouria Culinary Academy (PBCA), where I contribute to professional culinary and bakery training, curriculum development, and skill-based education.
