I am all about putting people first in the face of transformation. Whether we like it or not, change is constant. Be it a pandemic (argh), a war (eek!) or even your brand of toothpaste, things will happen beyond your control and you will likely have to change the way you do things. Change is constant at work too - organisations that you work for will eventually undergo transformation in order to reduce costs and improve efficiency for a variety of reasons. You may not always like it, but it does not need to be painful. I have built a successful career in change management because I, too, see the potential of change. I was worried that people would be ‘replaced by machines’ and made it a personal mission to find a career where I could help close the skills and education gap in the workplace to help us embrace and evolve with technology. I am a change manager who puts people first in the face of necessary transformation. I am on a mission to inspire and educate people to embrace change and use it for the benefit of themselves, the workplace and the community.
