ABOUT SONALI CRADDOCK

An effective investment and property professional, I have the drive,enthusiasm and determination to succeed, where there is the opportunity to use initiative in addition to motivating and managing team members. I have extensive expertise in the areas ofMarketing, Public Relations, Project Management, Branding, Sales, andCorporate Communications in various sectors both in the UK and India,focusing mainly around the investment arena and property sector.After having completed over five years working in India, my overseasexperience in a challenging professional environment has given meinvaluable experience in problem solving, communication, leadership andrelationship skills.I further developed my stakeholder and operational management skillswith the Durham Business Improvement District, setting up the businessfrom the launch with over 12 months proven experience of project andevent conceptualisation and management, destination marketing andpromotional strategies and City wide initiatives. I also developed arobust marketing & PR strategy, acting as the face of the organisation.My previous role at The High Street Group saw me further expand myexperience and portfolio in Branding & Marketing of over 30 companiesin the Group, from rebranding to setting up entire new entities, andimplementing Brand, Marketing and Social Media guidelines for eachcompany along with a robust PR and Communication plan for the Groupand related companies, which includes Hotels, Bars and Restaurants,Place Marking PRS Schemes and Residential Homes.
