As a Senior Engineering Manager, I lead core engineering teams developing HPE\'s flagship HPE Alletra Storage MP platform. We build the high-performance, S3-native (X10K) storage system that powers our customers\' most demanding AI, hybrid cloud, and data-intensive backup and recovery workloads.We take pride in our mission to provide data intelligence, and enterprise performance at scale with a simple to manage unstructured data storage experience.Technical Leadership: Leading software teams delivering Kubernetes-orchestrated microservices and core data path components that are the foundation for our S3-native object storage.AI-Ready Data Platform: Delivering high-throughput storage for AI/analytics workloads, featuring NVIDIA GPUDirect® integration and S3 over RDMA to eliminate data path bottlenecks and accelerate time-to-insight.High-Performance Architecture: Working with a disaggregated software-defined platform architecture that can independently scale compute and storage to meet performance and capacity needs.Modern Workloads: Engineering the platform for the \"world\'s fastest\" enterprise backup (targeting 1.2 PB/hr with accelerator nodes) and building solutions for AI data lakes (Apache Iceberg) and cloud-native (K8s) provisioning.Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Aligning cross-functional roadmaps via the HPE GreenLake cloud console and mentoring engineers to maximize individual and team potential.Operational Excellence: Driving continuous improvement (Kaizen) with a dual focus on high-quality project execution and team well-being.
