ABOUT SONALI SINGH

A generalist corporate lawyer with eight plus years of varied legal work experience in IT, Big Data, Fin tech and use automobile industry. Commercial & Corporate Contract- Negotiating lawyer with experience for global jurisdiction such as Americas, Middle East,Australia and Asia-Pacific regions. Worked on commercial as well as corporate contracts for Client, Vendor, Alliance/Partnership etc.along with share holding agreements cross charge, loan agreements and bank guarantees etc. Intellectual Property Rights- Worked on TM registration work along with IPR litigation and settlement matters in India and globally. End to end assisted business teams to launch various business models within the organization by assisting business with various matters including TM registration,compliance & regulatory requirement for the launch of said business, to drafting website terms,privacy policy documents and all requisite contract templates to kickstart the new business models I have also assisted in various commercial litigation,setting up and winding up of entities globally, Indian legal compliance and government regulatory work, advisory and employment related matters.I have also contributed to the company’s internal policy-making and legal department’s internal process formulation during my previous employments. I am proficient to co-ordinate with internal business stakeholders for smooth business functioning and have a problem solving approach.Hence, making me an end to end lawyer within the organization and setting the right business expectation within the internal stakeholders as a business facilitator and legal support function.
