1.Study Start-Up & Feasibility:Conduct feasibility assessments, site qualification visits, and essential document collection for regulatory/EC submissions. Identify training needs and ensure trial material supply before study initiation. 2.End-to-End Site Management:Initiate studies, provide protocol training, review ICFs, source data, and CRFs. Perform SDV, resolve data queries, and track site action items. 3.Investigational Product (IP) Management: Ensure IP supply, storage, temperature monitoring, reconciliation, and destruction per regulatory guidelines. 4.Site Contracts & Payments:Manage site agreements, invoice approvals, and payment reconciliation.Coordinate with vendors, safety labs, and internal teams. 5.Regulatory Compliance & Documentation:Ensure adherence to protocols, GCP, ALCOA-C, and regulatory requirements. Identify deviations, propose CAPAs, and support audits/inspections. 6.Trial Master File (TMF) Maintenance: Ensure timely document updates, site file management, and inspection readiness.
